Ryan's birthday Sept 2008

Chuckie Cheeses for Ryan's 4th birthday. We went a couple days before his actual birthday due to some scheduling issues. Just our kids - it was fun, but very hectic. The kids had a great time and were completely tired out by the time we went home.




Ryan and Shelby spent almost all their time in the maze - we had to make them really work to spend their tokens!

Have you met Toothless and her sister, Toothless? The girls lost their front teeth at the same time. Shelby's new ones came through within a couple weeks, Zoe's took almost 4 months!! Crazy!

Went to a Grizzlies Game with the scouts. That was fun. Zoe and Ryan had a blast rolling around on our blankets and eating everyone's peanuts!

School!

Here they are on their first day of school! Zoe started 1st grade, Shelby 2nd grade, and Jared 4th. Pretty cool. It was a good day. Everyone got great teachers and had friends in their classes. Zoe was a little bewildered the first few weeks, but the school really pulled it together and helped her in every way they could to catch up with what was going on.

Jared and Doug went on their first overnight Cub Scout camping trip. They had a good time together and Jared caught a whopper!

Shelby's Birthday!

We all went to the ceramics studio and painted something for Shelby's birthday - it was a lot of fun. Shelby loved her Tinkerbell cake and Grandma Janet helped her paint her penguin bank. Ryan and Zoe used every color they could find on their items. I can't wait to see how they turn out after firing. They will be quite colorful for sure!! We brought Shelby's best friend, Emily with us and she had a great time as well - btw - Emily was the one who had Shelby stay at her house while we were in Taiwan!
